OUR GOAL: FreeDomainSite.com is enabling its Members obtain free domain names and free web hosting while maintaining its Members' privacy intact. FreeDomainSite.com delivers its members offers through its database which includes its own site, FreeDomainSite.com.com. FreeDomainSite.com wants to reward you, as a consumer, for responding to marketers' offers on any site in the FreeDomainSite.com Network, including FreeDomainSite.com.com. FreeDomainSite.com wants to deliver you more relevant and personalized offers throughout the FreeDomainSite.com Network by using information that you voluntarily give us while keeping this information confidential. Please read these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy carefully.

You ("You" or "Member") must complete the Membership Form and read and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement ("Agreement") by joining FreeDomainSite.com."

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING THE PRIVACY POLICY, FreeDomainSite.com IS UNWILLING TO OFFER YOU THE SERVICE. YOU SHOULD LEAVE THE SITE.

FreeDomainSite.com, a Michigan entity, ("FreeDomainSite.com" or "we") may revise these terms from time to time, at our sole discretion, by updating this posting. Unless otherwise provided below, the revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your continued use of the Service will signify your acceptance to the modified terms. Please review the terms on this website frequently to look for changes.

FreeDomainSite.com reserves the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason.  Network abuse, sniffing, spoofing, fraudulent offer completion, are examples of grounds for account termination.

A. BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP. To maintain a Membership in the FreeDomainSite.com Service, You must meet the following requirements and FreeDomainSite.com reserves the right to terminate the Membership of anyone who fails to meet these requirements on an ongoing basis.

A.1) You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. If you are younger than 18, you must obtain parental permission before using the FreeDomainSite.com service.

A.2) ACTIVITY LEVEL. You must earn points in your FreeDomainSite.com acount at least once in any continuous one-year period. FreeDomainSite.com reserves the right to terminate your account at any time if this activity level is not met, resulting in the loss of any accumulated points.

A.3) APPROVED TERRITORIES. The FreeDomainSite.com Service is currently available only in the United States, Canada and the UK. You must be physically located within the United States or Canada while using the FreeDomainSite.com Service, be a legal resident of the United States or Canada or the UK and have a physical mailing address in the United States or Canada or the UK.

A.4) ONE ACCOUNT PER MEMBER. You may only sign up once and maintain one Membership in the Service. FreeDomainSite.com reserves the right to terminate duplicate accounts, resulting in the potential loss of accumulated points;

A.5) PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION. You must provide FreeDomainSite.com with valid contact and residential information and promptly update such information should it change or should additional information be required by FreeDomainSite.com for legitimate tax-related purposes or any other reason required by applicable law. FreeDomainSite.com reserves the right to request verification of, and member agrees to be subject to verification of, any of the information provided by member for enrollment with and continued use of the services provided by FreeDomainSite.com. You may not impersonate or misrepresent your identity. FreeDomainSite.com reserves the right to terminate any account, and associated membership, containing untruthful information. FreeDomainSite.com is not responsible for lost payments or communications due to your failure to provide FreeDomainSite.com with valid contact information as reasonably necessary;

A.6) ENROLLMENT. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, FreeDomainSite.com at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.

A.7) FreeDomainSite.com NEWSLETTER AND OTHER EMAILS. By signing up for FreeDomainSite.com, you are opting-in to receive FreeDomainSite.com newsletters and other special offer emails. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out at any time, by sending an email to support using the form at www.freedomainsite.com/contact.html.

A.8) ACCOUNTS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. Your password and account are personal to You and are not transferable; You may not allow anyone else to use Your password or account or to receive payments to You; You may not use anyone else's password or account or act to accrue points for anyone else's account; You are responsible for keeping Your password secret. FreeDomainSite.com will not be liable for losses that are incurred through the use of Your password by a third party or the disclosure of your password or account.

A.9) TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION. FreeDomainSite.com at its sole discretion and for any reason or no reason at all may terminate any Members without prior notice for (a) any violation of any provision of this Agreement; (b) aiding in or promoting circumvention of the FreeDomainSite.com Service; (c) acting against the business interests or reputation of FreeDomainSite.com; (d) otherwise acting unlawfully in relationship to FreeDomainSite.com, the FreeDomainSite.com website or the FreeDomainSite.com Service; (e) breach of our Spamming Policy; (f) inactivity (defined as the failure to earn any points in your FreeDomainSite.com account) for a continuous one-year period; or (g) any other reason at the discretion of FreeDomainSite.com. If your account is terminated by FreeDomainSite.com, You may not re-enroll or join under a new account unless formally invited to do so by FreeDomainSite.com. (See Section I. below for more information about termination of accounts.)You may cancel Your Membership at anytime by notifying FreeDomainSite.com at Support@FreeDomainSite.com.com or using the "Cancel my Membership" on the FreeDomainSite.com website. If you decide to cancel Your membership and later wish to re-enroll, You will be assigned a new account number and You will not receive credit for referrals made using Your previous account.

A.10) MEMBER ETIQUETTE. Member shall not tamper, hack, spoof, copy, modify, or otherwise corrupt the administration, security, or proper function of any part of FreeDomainSite.com. Member shall not use robots or scripts with FreeDomainSite.com. Violation by member will result in termination of membership, loss of all accrued points and bar from future participation with the service of FreeDomainSite.com. Any decision made by FreeDomainSite.com relating to termination of membership in cases of suspected abuse or violation of its rules shall be final and binding.

A.11) CREDIT, POINTS AND/OR CASH LIMIT OF ONE OFFER COMPLETION PER CATERGORY PER MEMBER. All members will be limited to receiving a credit in the form of points, points and/or cash for one (1) offer completion per category. Categories can be divided into several major areas including but not limited to: Membership Clubs, Credit Cards and ISP offers. For example, if a member completes two (2) credit card offers, he/she will only receive credit in the form of points, points and/or cash for one (1) offer. No member will be given points, credit or cash amounts if he/she completes more then one offer in categories provided on the FreeDomainSite.com.com website. FreeDomainSite.com reserves the right to deduct or remove additional points, points and/or cash amounts from member accounts if members do not comply. Violation by member may result in termination of membership, loss of all accrued points, points and/or cash amounts and barred from future participation with the service of FreeDomainSite.com properties.

A 12) REDEMPTION PROCESS REQUIREMENTS. FreeDomainSite.com members must provide and submit the following: (a) email address which has been verified by FreeDomainSite.com (b) their current mailing address (c) correct first name (d) redemption request form. These conditions are mandatory so that FreeDomainSite.com can verify that the check is sent to the correct person.

A 13) ONE ACCOUNT PER MEMBER OR HOUSEHOLD. You may only sign up once and maintain one Membership in the Service. FreeDomainSite.com.com reserves the right to terminate duplicate accounts, resulting in the potential loss of accumulated points or gifts. Limit of one (1) gift per member or household.

B. YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO FreeDomainSite.com. By filling out the membership information, You are applying to receive a service. Your relationship to FreeDomainSite.com is one of an independent contractor and/or customer. No employee-employer relationship is created by Your use of the Service. You are fully responsible for filing local, state, or federal or any other taxes if applicable on any compensation received as a result of Your participation in the Service. When/If

C. NO TAMPERING. You agree not to tamper with the proper functioning and tracking of the Service. Emulating or "faking" search usage and web site visits, will lead to termination of Your account and may lead to legal action.

C.1)YOU AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT ALTHOUGH FreeDomainSite.com WILL MAKE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO MAKE THE ACTIVITY DETECTION PROCESS FAIR AND CONSISTENT, FreeDomainSite.com DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE PRECISION OF THE PROCESS. YOU WILL ONLY BE CREDITED AMOUNTS FOR SEARCHES AND VISITS TO SPONSOR WEBSITES AS REASONABLY DETERMINED BY FreeDomainSite.com.

D) RATES MAY CHANGE. The rates paid for the activities of Your Referrals are subject to change. The current rates can be found on the FreeDomainSite.com website on http://www.FreeDomainSite.com.com. New rates will be posted from time to time at http://www.FreeDomainSite.com..

D.5) WEBMASTER PROGRAM. FreeDomainSite.com grants You a limited license to use the FreeDomainSite.com trademarks and tradename as described on the Webmaster Program page http://www.FreeDomainSite.com.com solely for the purpose of seeking legitimate referrals to the FreeDomainSite.com site. This license is subject to the terms and conditions of our trademark policy set out on the Webmaster Program page which may be varied by FreeDomainSite.com from time to time. All use of the FreeDomainSite.com trademarks and trade names shall be for the sole benefit of FreeDomainSite.com and You hereby agree to assign and do all things necessary to ensure that FreeDomainSite.com receives the benefit of such use or required by FreeDomainSite.com to protect its trademarks. FreeDomainSite.com also reserves the right to revoke this license on a selective basis. Improper use of the trademarks and/or tradename of FreeDomainSite.com is strictly prohibited and FreeDomainSite.com may terminate the account or cancel the membership of anyone who violates this policy.

D.6) No benefits are available to members for referrals of advertisers to FreeDomainSite.com.

E.1) At the time of signing up for FreeDomainSite.com, the member may choose to sign up for other offers by checking off boxes at the bottom of the FreeDomainSite.com bonus page. When the bonus page has been submitted we will contact ONLY the merchants whose offers you have selected.

E.2) There are conditions in order for FreeDomainSite.com members to receive Cash Back, Fast Cash and Co-Registration Offer credit. FreeDomainSite.com members must have cookies enabled. FreeDomainSite.com members must access the merchant site through FreeDomainSite.com. These conditions are mandatory so that the merchant will know that the FreeDomainSite.com member used FreeDomainSite.com to reach the merchant site.

There are conditions in order for FreeDomainSite.com members to receive their check. FreeDomainSite.com members must provide and submit the following: (a) email address which has been verified by FreeDomainSite.com (b) their current mailing address (c) correct first name (d) redemption request form. These conditions are mandatory so that FreeDomainSite.com can verify that the check is sent to the correct person.

E.3) Rebates awarded to FreeDomainSite.com members are subject to changes for returns, cancellations, and other events. FreeDomainSite.com can make these changes to FreeDomainSite.com member accounts at its sole discretion. IF you disagree with the changes made your sole option is to deactivate your FreeDomainSite.com account.

E.4) FreeDomainSite.com does not warranty, guarantee, or insure the quality of any product or service requested from one of the publisher advertised merchants.

H. YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH ADVERTISERS. Your relationship with merchants or advertisers whom FreeDomainSite.com delivers offers for on both our publisher sites and FreeDomainSite.com.com, including payment for and delivery of related goods or services, entry into and operation of promotions, discounts or contests, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between You and such merchant or advertiser. You agree not to hold FreeDomainSite.com liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the content provided by such merchants or advertisers through the Service.

I. TERMINATION. If a Member's account is terminated by FreeDomainSite.com, FreeDomainSite.com may refuse to pay some or all of the amounts credited to the terminated Member's account if such amounts were earned in violation, or after violation, of this Agreement or were otherwise unlawfully obtained by the Member. Similarly, FreeDomainSite.com will have no obligation to pay a Member for amounts credited to the Member's account that were earned in violation or after violation of this Agreement by any of the Member's direct or extended referrals. If your account is terminated by FreeDomainSite.com, You may not re-enroll or join under a new account unless formally invited to do so by FreeDomainSite.com.

J. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FreeDomainSite.com EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. FreeDomainSite.com MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE.

K. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER FreeDomainSite.com NOR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, PUBLISHERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL FreeDomainSite.com'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO ANY MEMBER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO: THE NUMBER OF PAID SEARCHES THAT THE MEMBER PERSONALLY COMMITTED DURING THE IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING TWO MONTHS, MULTIPLIED BY THE MAXIMUM PAYOUT RATE PER SEARCH AVAILABLE ON THE FreeDomainSite.com SERVICE DURING THAT SAME PERIOD PLUS THE SUM OF THE POSTED DOLLAR AMOUNTS EARNED FOR RESPONDING TO OFFERS DISPLAYED BY FreeDomainSite.com ON OUR PUBLISHER SITES AND ON FreeDomainSite.com.COM.

L. GOVERNING LAW AND OTHER TERMS. Any action related to this Agreement will be governed by California law, excluding (1) principles of conflicts of laws, and (2) the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any action relating to this Agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in the Northern District of California, and You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue thereof. You agree to comply with the laws of California and the United States that apply to the use of this Service and the compensation You may receive. If the law of Your country, state, or province of residence prohibit or limit Your participation in this Service, then You are responsible for complying with such laws and you agree to indemnify FreeDomainSite.com against any breach. If any part of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part shall be given effect to the greatest extent possible and the remainder will remain in full force and effect. This Agreement is personal to You and You may not transfer, delegate, or assign this Agreement, your referral network, your FreeDomainSite.com account or other benefits you receive as a FreeDomainSite.com Member to anyone. Any attempt by You to assign or delegate this Agreement shall be null and void. FreeDomainSite.com may assign this Agreement at its sole discretion.

M. SECURITY To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, FreeDomainSite.com has used appropriate industry standard procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of Your personal information, such as firewall, encryption, token authentication, application proxies, monitoring technology, and adaptive analysis of network traffic to track abuse of our network and its data. However, no data transmitted over the Internet can be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, FreeDomainSite.com cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us or from our sponsors and You do so at Your own risk.

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between You and FreeDomainSite.com in connection with general membership in FreeDomainSite.com and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of this AGREEMENT is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this AGREEMENT will remain in force. No failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this AGREEMENT will act as a waiver of such rights.
